What have we been up to?

To all parents and carers,

This evening the Prime Minister announced that the country is again moving into lockdown.

During this announcement, he confirmed that all early years provisions are to remain open to all families.

As 2020 comes to an end we want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all your support and most of all thank the children! They have been super stars through out this whole situation. Returning in June was a hard task for everyone involved but the children kept us going! Their smiles, laughter and cheekiness has brightened up our days. A massive thank you to everyone for all your kind words, cards and presents we have recieved. Its been a really emotional week for everyone involved. These children have been fantastic, not only have they had to deal with the impact of a pandemic, but also the emotions of returning and then leaving nursery. We couldn't of had a better Monday here at Redhill 😁
Everyone followed the marked areas outside the buildings meaning we were all socially distancing and the children have been superstars with washing hands and making sure the nursery is clean and tidy!
We have had so much fun and were so excited to see all the children who have returned, they did fantastically and all came back with big smiles on their faces 😊

To all of our amazing families,

Over the last 48 hours we have spoken with all of you to confirm our closure for all of those other than “key workers” and “vulnerable families”. During this time we have heard your personal worries and for some devastating news, but we have also received a phenomenal amount of well wishes and support for us not only as a business but as an extended part of your child’s family. We wanted to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for all your support and I hope today’s government announcement has restored hope for many that are feeling the pressure during this crisis. For those of you that can’t currently attend the nursery we will miss your children immensely and look forward to their return. For those of you still attending we aim to offer your children consistency and the best childcare for as long as we possibly can. Through online journals and social media will continue to keep you updated and offer ideas and activities to keep your little ones entertained during this difficult time.
